Cover for 3 years
This Extension Agreement extends the life of the 2-year Silver Support Agreement by an additional year, therefore providing a total of 3 years Silver Support from the date of purchase of the unit.
Specialist Telephone Support
Available Monday to Friday, 0900 to 1800 CET (Central European Time) the fully trained team are available to provide expert advice on operation and to recreate customer issues using their own in-house system. They are also the first point of contact for any service requests.
Collect, Repair and Return
If there is a problem with your unit that the helpdesk are unable to resolve they will arrange to collect your unit, repair it and return it to you. The repair centre aims to return it to you within 7 working days from collection.
In the unlikely event that the repair exceeds the targeted 7 days we will offer you the use of a loan unit for the remainder of the repair duration.
PrimeSupport are able to provide assistance in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Czech, Hungarian, Polish and Slovakian. They also have the flexibility to collect and deliver your unit to any address of your choice within the European Union, Norway and Switzerland.
