Engineered for demanding live entertainment networks, the Green‑GO switchGBx 18 delivers a robust Layer 2 backbone that stays responsive when mixed protocols would overwhelm conventional switches. Purpose built for the Green‑GO ecosystem, it integrates cleanly into show control, intercom, and audio networks without compromising stability or speed.

Its architecture enables effortless VLAN trunking and rapid redundant loops so virtual networks can interconnect while traffic is automatically rerouted if a link goes down, keeping cues and communications flowing uninterrupted across the rig.

The front panel houses PoE‑enabled gigabit ports with status RGB indicators, matched by additional gigabit ports on the rear and dual SFP cages supporting fiber modules up to 2.5 Gbps for long‑run uplinks. Rugged RJ45 EtherCON connectivity, a clear TFT color touch interface, and a rotary encoder streamline configuration both on site and in prep. Remote programming is available via Green‑GO Easy Setup software.

For show‑grade resilience, the switch supports real‑time backup loops and partitions the network into dedicated VLANs for intercom, audio, lighting control, and other time‑critical services. Broad protocol compatibility includes Dante, ArtNet, sACN, and NET‑2 and NET‑3, making it a central hub for multi‑vendor production workflows.

The hardware is built for touring and fixed installs with EtherCON ports front and rear and a powerCON TRUE1 mains input suitable for worldwide voltages. The 16 gigabit Ethernet ports plus two SFP cages are packaged in a compact chassis measuring 485 by 150 by 45 millimeters at approximately 2.5 kilograms for straightforward rack integration.
