Datavideo HBT-50 4-Channel HDBaseT Receiver

The Datavideo HBT-50 is a professional 4-channel HDBaseT receiver designed for live production environments that require reliable long-distance video, power, and control transmission. By utilizing HDBaseT technology, the unit can receive signals from up to four compatible devices over a single Cat6A cable per channel, supporting transmission distances of up to 100 meters.

The receiver simultaneously provides four HDMI outputs and four SDI outputs, with support for video formats up to 1080p60. This allows direct integration with production switchers, recording systems, and monitoring equipment without the need for additional receiver units. The HBT-50 is particularly well suited for workflows involving multiple PTZ cameras, where centralized signal management and streamlined cabling are essential.

In addition to video transport, the HBT-50 supports camera control through RS-422 and DVIP protocols. Compatible PTZ cameras can be powered via PoE, enabling video, control, and power to travel through a single cable connection. This simplifies installation and reduces infrastructure requirements in broadcast studios, educational facilities, houses of worship, conference venues, and live event productions.
