The Datavideo iCAST 10NDI MKII is an all-in-one live production solution that combines a video switcher, PTZ camera controller, streaming encoder, and recorder into a compact and easy-to-operate system. Designed for hybrid events, education, lecture capture, conferencing, houses of worship, and live streaming applications, it simplifies professional video production by integrating multiple essential functions into a single device.

The system supports a variety of video sources, including professional cameras, PTZ cameras, laptops, document cameras, and IP-based video streams. Its flexible input architecture includes SDI, HDMI, NDI|HX, RTSP, and SRT sources, allowing seamless integration into modern production environments. Support for up to three NDI channels further expands workflow possibilities while reducing cabling requirements through network-based video transport.

Built-in streaming and recording capabilities enable users to broadcast live content directly to streaming platforms while simultaneously recording the program output to an SSD. This integrated workflow eliminates the need for additional streaming or recording hardware and ensures content is immediately available for live distribution, archiving, or post-production.

The iCAST 10NDI MKII offers multiple multiview and program output layouts, allowing operators to present content in various formats. In addition to traditional full-screen program output, multiple source layouts can be displayed simultaneously. The system also supports vertical video production, making it suitable for content intended for social media and mobile viewing platforms.

For reliable streaming in challenging network environments, the unit supports SRT protocol, helping maintain stable video transmission even when bandwidth conditions are less than ideal. Compatibility with Datavideo dvCloud further enhances remote streaming workflows, enabling multi-platform distribution, cloud-based backup, and centralized stream management.

Audio functionality includes multi-channel audio mixing, professional audio delay adjustment, XLR microphone inputs, RCA audio inputs, embedded audio support, and headphone monitoring. These features allow users to maintain precise audio-to-video synchronization while integrating multiple audio sources into a single production.

A built-in 2-inch LCD display provides quick access to key controls, layouts, streaming functions, and recording status. Additional control options include Web UI, DVIP, RS-232, and compatibility with Datavideo touch panel controllers, offering flexible operation for both standalone and integrated production environments.

The iCAST 10NDI MKII also supports UVC output, allowing it to function as a webcam source for platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams. With its combination of switching, streaming, recording, audio mixing, PTZ control, and NDI integration, the iCAST 10NDI MKII delivers a highly efficient solution for professional live production and hybrid event workflows.
