This monitoring kit is designed to bring a high level of flexibility and clarity to professional digital film workflows. It combines a bright five inch HDR touchscreen display with a set of custom mounting solutions that allow rapid positioning in a wide range of production environments. The display delivers vivid full high definition imagery at a resolution of 1920 by 1080, enabling operators to judge focus and exposure with confidence. Its high brightness output of 1500 nits makes it particularly effective when shooting in direct sunlight or high contrast locations, while the included foldable sunshade provides additional protection and glare reduction.

The kit includes mounts designed specifically for fast attachment using a dovetail mechanism. This approach removes the need for tools and allows operators to reposition the monitor quickly when moving between handheld, tripod, crane or gimbal configurations. Both fixed and swivel mounting options are supplied, giving users the freedom to angle the screen precisely for optimal visibility. Combined with compatibility across PYXIS and URSA Cine systems, the monitor becomes a versatile component that can travel easily between different cameras without compromising stability or usability.

A single USB C cable provides power, video and control, maintaining a clean rig and making setup straightforward. This locking cable ensures a secure connection that remains reliable during active movement. The screen responds instantly to touch, enabling direct interaction with essential camera parameters such as exposure settings, frame rates, white balance, tint, timecode and recording functions. Its ability to extend live video and menu navigation off camera opens new possibilities for remote operating and compact rig builds. When mounted upside down, the internal image rotation system automatically adjusts the orientation to maintain an intuitive viewing experience.

The inclusion of the dedicated mounts and accessories ensures adaptability on set whether shooting in confined spaces or complex multi‑camera arrangements.
