This ultra‑high‑performance network storage system is engineered for professional film and television environments where large media files must be accessed instantly by many users at the same time. Designed specifically for post‑production, live replay and collaborative workflows, it combines massive flash bandwidth with modern IP networking to deliver consistently low latency and exceptional reliability. The compact 1 RU rack‑mount design makes it suitable for studios, machine rooms and mobile production setups where space and noise control are critical.

At the heart of the system is a powerful flash memory core made up of twelve M.2 NVMe cards operating together in a RAID 0 configuration. This architecture provides a total usable capacity of 24 TB and is capable of sustaining extremely high data rates, even when many editors, colourists and VFX artists are accessing media simultaneously. The flash‑based design ensures zero seek time and predictable performance, making it ideal for demanding formats such as high‑resolution digital cinema footage and complex multicam timelines.

Network connectivity is a key strength of this model. Four integrated 10 Gbit Ethernet ports allow multiple high‑performance workstations to connect directly, while an additional 100 Gbit Ethernet QSFP28 port enables connection to high‑capacity core switches or backbone networks. This combination makes it easy to scale from small teams to large facilities without redesigning the storage infrastructure. USB‑C connectivity is also included, supporting Ethernet over USB for configuration, maintenance and flexible access.

Native integration with Blackmagic Cloud enables seamless global collaboration. Media can be synchronised automatically between multiple locations so each site works from a fast local copy of the same files. Proxy workflows are fully supported, allowing editors to begin working within seconds while original camera files continue to sync in the background. This dramatically reduces turnaround times while keeping bandwidth usage efficient.

System monitoring and control are designed to be clear and immediate. A built‑in 2.2‑inch front‑panel LCD provides access to settings and displays storage name, capacity and usage. Dedicated SDI and HDMI monitor outputs allow a connected display to show real‑time information such as user activity, cloud sync status and network throughput. Dual internal AC power supplies ensure reliable operation in mission‑critical environments.
