The Datavideo TLM-170K is a professional 17.3-inch 4K UHD ScopeView production monitor designed for desktop monitoring in broadcast, live production, studio, and professional AV environments. Featuring a high-resolution UHD IPS panel, it delivers exceptional image detail and colour accuracy for demanding monitoring applications.
The monitor features a native resolution of 3840 x 2160 and supports both Ultra HD and DCI 4K video formats up to 60p. With over eight million pixels, the display provides four times the detail of Full HD, making it ideal for critical focus evaluation, colour assessment, and high-resolution video monitoring. The IPS panel offers a wide 178-degree viewing angle, ensuring consistent image quality from virtually any position.
Equipped with professional connectivity, the TLM-170K includes one 12G-SDI input, two HDMI 2.0 inputs, one 12G-SDI loop-through output, and one HDMI 2.0 loop-through output. This flexible I/O configuration allows seamless integration into modern 4K production workflows while enabling signal distribution to additional devices.
The monitor supports a wide range of professional monitoring tools designed to assist camera operators, engineers, and production teams. Built-in functions include waveform monitoring, vectorscope, focus peaking, false colour, histogram, exposure zebras, pixel-to-pixel viewing, zoom, timecode display, audio vector monitoring, camera log support, gamma controls, image flip, check field, level meters, colour bars, and colour calibration tools.
HDR monitoring is supported through HLG and SMPTE 2084 standards, allowing users to accurately evaluate high dynamic range content. The monitor also supports Rec.709 and DCI-P3 colour spaces, providing flexibility for both broadcast and cinema production workflows.
A built-in tally indicator with red and green status lights makes the TLM-170K particularly suitable for live production environments where clear on-air and preview indication is required. Integrated speakers and a headphone output further enhance monitoring flexibility during production.
