The PB-R290S+ is a rugged 290Wh V-mount Li-ion battery engineered for high-demand cine and ENG applications in extreme environments. Built with a dual-housing sealed structure, it is IP54-rated for water and dust resistance and drop-tested from 1.5 meters. It delivers a constant 250W/20A high load—even at just 1% capacity—and peaks up to 305W, making it ideal for powering ARRI ALEXA, RED, and other high-draw cine gear.

The battery supports 6A fast charging via SWIT PC-P461S or S-3812S chargers, reaching 80% in just 2.5 hours and full charge in 3.8 hours. It features an innovative 8-LED digital display that shows either remaining capacity or runtime (accurate to 15 minutes), and integrates SMBUS communication for real-time power info on SONY and RED viewfinders. A D-tap output (max 10A) is included for powering accessories. With 24 premium 18650 cells and robust circuit protection, the PB-R290S+ is built for reliability in the harshest production conditions.
